Been using Black Magic since their launch and absolute love it! Started using it out of curiosity about their real-time banner but also ended up loving their Insights feature. Kudos to Tony and the team!
Complete waste and their support is even worse. Unresponsive. Many outages.
Continuous issues with login problems, having to reauthenticate with Twitter, poor documentation, and unresponsive support.
I didn't give up easily - this was after almost a year of trying. It worked for a while, but then the problems started, and support became unresponsive.
I even responded to unsolicited emails I received from their CEO where he was just "checking in" to see how I liked the product, but then never responded or bothered to have someone reach out to me.
As weeks progressed, I realized how dependent I was on the product when using a mobile app. Definitely, having these analytics has a subconscious effect in
1. Creating better content
2. Engaging with people
3. Responding to tweets
Thanks to Indian RBI, I had some struggles buying the product, but tony was super patient and answered every query I had, and finally, here I am, a proud "Personal Tier" user.
Black magic is amazing for getting insight on Twitter from all angles.
However I will say, the backend experience could use some improvements. It's difficult to find certain features.
