This company's delivery carrier lied about attempting a package at my door. I know this because I was home at the time of the supposed "attempt", and our door camera confirms no one showed. With no way to attempt to contact the company for a redelivery, I waited hoping theyd at least reattempt, only to find that my package is being returned after only one "attempt". I emailed the company support email to ask about how to resolve the issue, and they said they couldnt do anything.
So after their carrier lied, and then my package being returned with no other way to even pick it up myself, their "support" were unwilling to help.
If youre the seller, I would avoid all services through this shipper at all costs if you care about your product actually being received by the buyer. If you're the buyer, i would suggest the same.
