As a coach, I'm excited not just for job hunters to have more transparency about the leaders for whom they may work, but for the possibility that Candor can instigate more interpersonal honesty in the workplace in general. It is the nature of blindspots not elude awareness, and leaders' blindspots cause problems. The existence of a product like Candor can inspire leaders to be kind, to become more aware of themselves, and to reconcile with their shadow, as reported by others who may see it more clearly than they. A public review forum that enables a full range of feedback, including negative, is naturally a bit hairy, but the possibility that Candor could shepherd Restorative Justice values into the workplace as part of the whole package is very enticing and very worth supporting.
