In Nov 2022 they proposed promos in TikTok that they managed not through the platform, but personally with the manager. We paid for 3 cooperations that we expected to do within a month but had only 2 delivered only by spring 2023 because managers simply disappear a few times for weeks. Both cooperations were managed very unprofessionally. For 3d not released promo they agreed to make a refund, but then disappear for months again. Basically, they scammed us 😭
