A great product to help deliver on being customer centric. I like the focus on the prioritising and discovering the most pressing issues customers face.
Might be also worth it for adding a objective data source for feature prioritisation for the product team.
This is a great product which tackles a real pain point. I'm wondering, if we have our feedback loops with proprietary code, do you have any kind of API to retrieve that data and displaying it in your platform? We don't use no-code tools...

I wanted to like this service, but within 2 minutes of using it I experienced a 500 error. Which isn't a big deal It was however a big deal when it is sending thousands of requests to zendesk a minute and breaking all of our systems. Within an hour it sent over 37k requests to our zendesk instance. There was no way to disconnect from the backend and there was also no direct line to contact support. I love the idea, but I am now cautious to try again.
Wishing you a successful launch with this great product! It's pretty helpful to gather input from different channels in one place. Being able to define ones own topics and receiving reports to those really improves the monitoring and prioritization of topics and/or issues. Great work - keep it up guys!
