I discovered Shimmer very shortly after my ADHD diagnosis last year (age 40). I've been using Yoodli in my Teams calls for the last three months. I love it! I get real-time alerts to slow down, give the other person a chance to speak and more. I also get detailed information on my filler words and pacing. It's been an invaluable tool!
