Wow! Very interesting to see a real life of another cities! Loved it, some feedback:
1) increase video quality(i suspect video cameras on cars are not so good and it will be very expensive to give drivers high quality cameras, so may be you can upscale video frames directly in the code via ML)
2) let user choose switch between night and day videos
3) it would be cool if you add a map of a city and a user can tap on interested street and see the street from driver's spot
