I tried to used the service last September 2023 ... It didn´t work properly. I asked for cancel my subscription the same month. They continue to charge me until December while i was not registered as a "Starter program" user since September. I had to ask the payment platform (Lemon Squeezy) to stop charging me because nobody from Duply answered me.
