Every single time I pre-order a medical, I have to argue with everyone at every dispensary to get a fair price. For some reason, dutchie will not calculate medical discounts, will stack discounts and give me a cheaper peice than what the dispensary will charge and some dispensaries don't stack discounts. There are too many inconsistencies with their pricing and customers and dispensaries don't see the same thing. I'd rather just support small businesses like the good old days.
This company has been such a disappointment. I had one discrepancy with my bank and Dutchie. Instead of working with me to fix the issue, they tried to re-take the money out of my account without informing me (at least let me put the correct amount in the account) and instead of informing me, they terminated my account. I went out of my way to reach out to them because they had not informed me of any of it. They first claimed it was all fixed then retracted and said they now need to terminate my account. So I am now in debt with a company that won’t let me pay them back. I am not just some woman who loves to smoke pot for recreational reasons. I have Crohn’s disease and it is something that supports and relieves me of my discomfort on a daily basis. The only dispensary near me only takes Dutchie pay online for pick up, if you don’t order online, you end up waiting on a line almost up to an hour or more. This has been a complete disappointment and I am going to assume this will start happening to more than just myself. I would have at least like to find a better solution or at least the opportunity to give them the fund I owe them. I have done multiple transactions with them so I was very surprised that it had come to this. I would recommend people to be aware and consider just going into the dispensaries to pay instead of using this company.
Awful customer service. They tried to charge me twice for an order, apparently this is a common thing. You can't talk to anybody in the accounts dept, if anyone answers the phone at all. Will never use, again.
The service is really great and smooth as long as there are no hiccups. Really bad customer service. They use AI for their support and getting a human takes very long and the replies take a while. All of their systems are apparently automated so management cant really do anything besides wait for these process to automatically happen. If they can’t do anything, they need to be transparent from the start instead of the whole 40 minute dance just to attempt to placate you. I was also lied to about there being a place for feedback once my chat ended, which again was another dance to placate. Very dishonest company and employees. It’s really not that serious, I don’t understand the need to lie, but maybe it’s encouraged by management so they don’t have to escalate anything.
