The worst experience I have ever had. Sometimes it takes more than a week to access my funds after a transaction. And this is no exception, it has happened every time for over a year. Here's how the support team responds. "Dear client, crediting funds to the card's balance will be quicker than refunding the transaction - according to the terms of use, refunds take up to 45 days. We apologize for the current delays. Unfortunately, we don't have an exact estimated time at the moment since all transactions are processed according to the queue once liquidity replenishment is completed."

It takes between 5-10 days for deposits to be received. After 5 months of this, staff will comment on product reviews saying they got better. Yet the opposite is the fact, it takes longer than it did in January. Also, they always give you an excuse saying 'temporary problem' and 'liquidity replenishment'. Customer support agents basically are told to bend the truth to paint a narrative that this is temporrary. Either way, stay away from this, there are plenty of alternatives.

It is a great card service, payment smooth, use it for a few years. Provided some docs for "AML" check after a big amount top-up, then unblocked my card after I proved all clear, and no issue until now.

The exchange rate is considered okay for me. After a few bad news in the Crypto sector for these years, embily is still alive and the liquidity issue is back to normal. I tested recently and the fund went through smoothly.
