Your UI/UX sucks and I am trying to access and event and cannot because there is a "server error". The inability to contact a customer service representative shows that you do not care about your users and the ease of which they are able to make use of your platform.
Let people report bugs. Seriously, you can't even report bugs to them without paying for a premium account. Support portal is an infinite loop of pain and suffering.
