While Filmora indeed is a solid solution, the licensing policy is a mess. Quoting from their e-mails: "regarding your refund request for this order (Effects & Plug-ins) and your Filmora perpetual plan, I'm afraid it does not meet refund conditions according to our refund policy. Not only because we provide the trial information on our website, but also because normally a notification email would be sent to you 2-3 days ahead of the deduction date. If it is just that you did not notice it or forgot to cancel it, then it belongs to personal reasons. Seek your kind understanding.".
Sure - legally fine, but who behaves like this in these days? What about a customer experience or a way of bonding over quality instead of timeframes and wait for people to cross a certain delay? My request was made ~6h after the 7 day period was done.
