Im going to be honest. The lack of customer service in this company is so bad, there are almost no words. They have Zero and I mean 0 physical presence in customer serice. We have been trying to get a technical issue resolved but we might as weell be sending blank emails.
Imagine having a bank that goes out of their wayo to ensure customer are unable to contact it or never responds to customers. Go anywhere online and look at reviews not written by shills paid off by the company. This company is only ever in the news raising funds and you would think that's how they measure success. You can physically feel the lack of care in the culture
Worst sales AND support I've seen in any tech company
I've used Flutterwave from 2021. You guys have one of the worst support systems I have seen in any "tech" company. How difficult is it in 2023 to automate and integrate a support system that easily allows users to connect. You simple cant get in touch with anyone in this company when you need to- and this is the same with sales calls/appointments. They just missed an appointment pre-scheduled 3 days ago in the middle of the day at 1PM? Like no show, no email response.. and this is a sales call. Just imagine what support will be like when you are customer.. its sad.
Come on. You disappoint.
I used their invoicing and payment link to collect payment from abroad. It was really not what i expected because they were my last option. I never really trusted them at first. A friend told me to try them out and until I tried out other more established names, I didnt try them. Well, things have changed anf their products are a lot better than before. Kudos to the team. I will use the payment link again and again and I hope I don't encounter any issues.
They charge you for depositing, for creating a card and for using a card at the end you would have paid up to 7.3% they are run by greed.
For example when you receive an international payment you pay 3.5 % (https://moneywave.flutterwave.com/pricing) you create a card with the same money you pay $0.50 (you can find and see this charge in the dashboard) then get charged again 3.8% ( https://flutterwave.com/us/global-pricing) for using it that's already 7.3% and 50 cents
Small company charging more that quality pioneers like PayPal, google & payoneer which charge as low as 1%
It's just like paying more to receive poor service
this company is fraud FRAUD FRAUD THEY hold your money and tell you it is flagged for fruad ,they ask me to provide prove of service for money they recieved that was not credited to me ,,,howcan i send goods or service for product that i was not paid for?flutterwave do not offer escrow service why holding money as escrow pls stay away ,,i just reportedthem to cbn
I'm a huge fan of Flutterwave's virtual card services. They come in handy in my country - Nigeria where there's a lot of restrictions with obtaining cards for foreign transactions.
This company has hold more than 100k and they are giving out excuses everytime. I have emailed severaly but NO solution is found. They haven't paid my money for over a month now. DON'T BE CHEATED BY ADVERTS. This is a SCAM that is soon to fail.
