I've been using HelpSpace for almost 2 yrs now.
Moved from HelpScout after 5 years.
The UI is extremely user-friendly and gets the job done with less complicated options.
Congrats to the developers for new branding and to be on Product Hunt.
Also thanks to @stefanfdressler for quick support in the early days.

I've been using helpspace for my app - it was really easy to set up and can be customised to fit with your brand with the theme features or even add CSS in there. Got me covered for docs as well as receiving emails, so saved me a lot of time!

I've been using HelpSpace since their early days, and the experience is phenomenal. It's helped my business tremendously by simplifying the support process for our customers. With a super simple interface, my employees and contractors know exactly how it works within 5 minutes, reducing the need for platform-specific training.
