Looks like an awesome product to build the right team culture & foster transparency. Have used the donuts for recognition and really loved the fun element to it. Great product, kudos on the launch!

I'm curious to know how the Pulse check-ins work and how you guys maintain anonymity.

These are AI-driven Pulse-check-ins where an anonymous check-in is sent to your team every week/month as per your preference. Once the user replies, we calculate the score for each area and show analytics on the Dashboard. Because we don't show any chat directly, it remains anonymous. Also if your team size is less than 3 people, the insights are not visible to maintain anonymity :) I hope this helps.
