One side stopped working completely. It was still in the warranty period so I emailed support and they said they couldn't help me because I was overseas. As this is how their sub-par products and roll, then stay clear.
Ordered 2 sets on Kickstarter. Was impressed with functionality and sound quality for the 10 days that they worked. Both failed. It has been 2 weeks since I first reached out to Kaibo Audio about my 2 failed Kaibo Flex headsets. They were responsive, but no action has followed the responses. A week ago I was promised a shipping label. Still do not have a label. Cannot recommend this product due to the lack of prompt action and the fact that both headsets became inoperable within a short time after receipt.
One of the two sides of the Kaibo Flex does not give any audio output anymore. It doesn't seem to be charging properly (the LED just keeps blink for some time but does not start charging).
Support from Kaibo is lacking completely. I've used the Kaibo for less than a year and the support just tells me that they're working on new products and can't give any support.
