I love KyberSwap!! Tried and tested, one of the gods of DeFi AFAIK. Fantastic team always willing to uplift new projects and teams, plus a great, secure, user-friendly platform.
I found it difficult to use. Paid for failed swaps (haven't had one successful swap). No secure support system exposes you to a sea of scammers on their Discord/Telegram support group. Poor assistance and response from admin. They have not resolved one of my queries they are focused on promoting marketing. I was scammed by an admin impersonator. I was contacted by 5 scammers after posting my query. Admin responded late and did not even assist me with the initial requests.
