EDIT: Issue was resolved timeously and professionally hence me changing my rating. Thanks Lemonfoxers :D I am leaving 1 star until someone clears up why I was billed for a product that doesn't seem to work. Whether I create the POST myself or use the playground I repeatedly get errors saying it's unavailable. We all have technical issues so I giving you the benefit of the doubt. Please reach out ASAP to resolve this.

We’ve been getting a service unavailable error since yesterday using their whisper api. No response from support. I really want this to work, so I’m hopeful Lemonfox will respond. Will update here accordingly.

The service is great, they lack very much in communication. There is no product update, when writing emails 90% they get ignored. Now I'm having an API outage since nearly 24h and there's no update and no reply.
