I am leaving 1 star until someone clears up why I was billed for a product that doesn't seem to work. Whether I create the POST myself or use the playground I repeatedly get errors saying it's unavailable. We all have technical issues so I giving you the benefit of the doubt. Please reach out ASAP to resolve this.

We’ve been getting a service unavailable error since yesterday using their whisper api. No response from support. I really want this to work, so I’m hopeful Lemonfox will respond. Will update here accordingly.
Great alternative to OpenAI and Elevenlabs. The transcription and text-to-speech API work really well and are easy to implement. To switch from OpenAI I just had to change a few lines of code.
The service is great, they lack very much in communication. There is no product update, when writing emails 90% they get ignored.
Now I'm having an API outage since nearly 24h and there's no update and no reply.
