all the positive reviews for this extension have clearly not gone through the withdrawal process with this company. sure, it's easy enough to get bitcoin from your every day purchases (tons of other apps can do this too) however, once you need your funds. THEN THIS COMPANY GOES TO SH*T.
7-10 day turnaround time for fund withdrawals is advertised on their application. This is not the case. Be prepared to wait anywhere from 30-90 days for a withdrawal to complete. Probably more if you patiently wait around and don't reach out to them. When you do reach out to them there is no useful information given, just excuse after excuse, generic delay after generic delay. No real information ever given, it's more of a "you'll get it when you get it" response and that truly is the outcome. No matter how many times you contact the company, they will never be able to tell you when you will get your funds, and you will never know until the day of.
Something extremely shady is definitely going on, the company owners/workers are most likely trading the bitcoin earned by the users and playing the long game, holding on to the funds for as long as they can until they get what they want out of it.
I will be leaving reviews and reporting this company to every website I can find in order to prevent other users falling for their shady practices.
