The worst experience ever.
Impossible to raise a claim, when the claim is made it takes them. Ages to come out and assess. After assessment you hear nothing only to be notified that they had closed the case. You them ask for it to be reopened and the vicious cycle continues.
They were quick to take my money, but not quick at all in paying for the incident. It's been over 6 months now since I had an incident at home and it is still not sorted out.
Don't trust any of their reviews on their website. I did and now I'm out of pocket.
Stay well away people and use a reputable company (plenty of those on the market at the moment fighting for customers)
