It's a shame they are going to kill this CRM by the end of this month. + So much easier than Streak. It toook me literally minutes to understand how the CRM, sidebar and single features work. I didn't have to watch any tutorial.. + The feature to share editable copies of any Google file (Doc, Sheet etc. ) is super helpful for people like me handling interviews on multiple websites. One click instead of making a copy of my template in Google docs, update the sharing options to Anyone Can Edit, copy the URL and paste it into my email.

Our team relies heavily on Mail Merge for Gmail. Compared to an email blast from a Mailchimp-like platform, it makes your recipients feel special.
