Mailchimp api helps me do automated email marketing with coupons (AUTOMATE) and verification codes (AUTOMATE!) it also helps me do my other email marketing with my SubSubscribers. And this is Better than sendgrid api and mailerlite
Painful.
We built our email marketing systems around Mailchimp because we thought they're size and history would make them a great partners. Bad decision on our part.
Poor UI, very very slow at times, difficult to use, creating journeys is horrible, customer support is indifferent. But we built using their APIs so stuck for the moment as we have better things to spend our money on. But if I were starting over, I would find a different emailing partner.
Mailchimp automates most, if not all, tasks that you can have in email marketing. The analytics are great, allowing you to track open rates, clicks, even demographic data with ease. Ideal for a creative marketer who seeks simplicity yet depth. But with all its functionality platform somehow keeps itfriendly, it's very easy to set up a test campaign and optimize for better results.
Mailchimp is something that alot of people love to hate. It's a fair argument, the product is expensive, the UI is messy, and it has tons of competition. The reason I still use it is that no other email marketing platform has the integrations and features of Mailchimp. The chimp reaches everywhere on the internet, you can't escape it. It has solid features and if you take time to configure it correctly, it will do 99% of what you want.
Mailchimp shines as a user-friendly email marketing tool, perfect for both beginners and experts. Its drag-and-drop editor and automation features simplify campaign creation and personalization. The platform offeers insightful analytics, which helps to make informed decisions. Its pricing can be high for a larger subscriber lists, but its robust integration makes it a great choice for effective email marketing.
MailChimp is slowly becoming unsuitable for a wide range of businesses... First of all, the free feature is not efficient anymore. Way too limited. Moreover, the interface for creating and designing newsletters has become more and more user-unfriendly... Don't know where you're headed but I personally don't like it.
