Well, Noysi is one of the best communication platform out there. Here are the key features that I like about Noysi:
1. It is very simple but not simplistic. Once you login to Noysi, the usage is intuitive. Inviting team members, guest members, video calls, task management all features are intuitive and you needn't think much to use these features.
2. Hector Castello, the founder of this software is a star. I am amazed at his responsiveness. Is Hector Catello one person or many person, that I am not sure. But he responds to most of the customer query. He is very patient and takes time to answer even the silliest of the questions in an elaborate manner.
3. Performance of Noysi is lightening fast. It is a pleasure to use Noysi web. Same cannot be said about desktop app. I am sure they are improving it. And I have not used desktop app much. But Noysi web is extremely fast and fluid.
4. Integration with pabbly connect is simply superb. There are other integrations too. But since I am pabbly connect customer, this integration works for me.
5. In the future, if you want to keep additional backup of your data, you can simply export all communication via NOYSI API. What more does one need?
I'm new to Noysi Enterprise but I am loving everything about it so far! Hector is awesome with supporting through onboarding and understanding the features more clearly. I am loving the fact that this is a replacement for Zoom, Dropbox/ Google Drive, It's awesome for teamwork and filesharing and chatting. I am just so excited! Thank you for this product! Everything seems to be working beautifully so far, and I couldn't be happier.
