I'm a software engineer - and that makes me super critical of janky solutions and even less patient with poor support. But let me tell you, these folks are SUPERB. They have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to fix those weird edge cases that guys like me always seem to find.
This product is first-rate, super reliable, and fast. Support is absolutely zero wait and very knowledgeable. Over the last week or so I've found myself wondering if some newer tools were somehow better, and I can say with confidence, this is so easy and so feature-rich that my fickleness has been quelled time and again.
