Overall experience started with great promise, great versatile platform to build complex quizzes, but the sales propcess and sales team/management let them down. On a number of occasions I was left in shock, even after telling them categorically what I wanted, still not sure, in the process, need more time etc. They failed to meet expectations or go over and beyond knowing they had information about what I am concerned about or needing extra support.

Notion is awesome for creating quick webpages or documents. I especially love the collapsable bullet points (I wish Google Docs had this!) -- super useful for making concise notes without a crazy amount of footnotes :)
