Been using Productlane at Francis for the past year. First, Productlane has enabled our team to work with customer feedback in ways that we would previously not dare to dream about! The speed at which we can review feedback when developing new features and use it to guide our own product roadmap is incredibly satisfying. Has your team considered how Productlane could streamline the transition when a customer issue turns out to be a legitimate feature request or bug?
