Qatalog

The ability to bring together all of our tools and information in one place is incredibly useful, and I appreciate how easy it is to search and find what I need. The added features like task management and team directory make it a complete solution for our needs.

I am building Qatalog as I keep joking that I used to be Qatalog at my previous job. As I had been there for a long time people would come to me with their questions and trying to find the latest links to presentations. And asking me about decisions that were made 3 years ago to understand the context better. So the pain points Qatalog solves are very clear as I used to feel them every day. I am looking forward to more companies using Qatalog and seeing the impact it can have. I really can’t imagine working without it anymore - it makes my life in operations so much easier as often I have many projects and workflows happening at the same time and little time to find all the links I need. If only I had used it 5 years ago - all the valuable knowledge that we could have saved!

I just tried and I really like the concept. I think this tool can add great value to collaborative teams. When it comes to the setup, it was an easy onboarding process. If I may give small feedback: I would love to see more "overview" cards. For example in Asana, I didn't have the option to add a card to show my today's to-do list. I had to choose a specific project for each card. It's not the end of the world, as there is great value to see an overview of all ongoing projects on the same screen, but having both options would be nice. Good luck and I'll keep following this product to see its development!
