1 reviewWe've been using Releasy for about three months now to manage a significant client with multiple sub-projects, including two mobile apps and three web applications.
Honestly, it's the first time I've seen a client so happy and willing to test the application. They follow our instructions, which are tailored to their tech skills level, and adhere to the given acceptance criteria.
This has really streamlined our life as a development company. We receive instant feedback, and the integrated issue tracker makes communication with the client a breeze.
Here's how our process works:
1. We develop all sprint features using our internal project management system.
2. At the end of the sprint, our QA engineer gathers them, creates a release, and translates features into a more user-friendly format.
3. The testing is assigned to the client, and we receive feedback, whether it's about bugs or enhancements.
4. Our QA then reports the feedback in our project management tool, translating it into a developer-friendly format.
Ultimately, the biggest advantage for us is that the client operates entirely outside our project management tool. They use Releasy to check what needs testing and to report bugs. Awesome!
