Roster addresses a major challenge in the creator economy. As someone who has been on the hiring side, I understand how difficult it can be to find people with the right skills and style to fit a creator team. Job boards can be helpful, but the real standout feature of Roster is its recommendation system, which makes finding the right talent much easier.

Sherry and the team have built an amazing new platform that’s tackling some of the most difficult issues for Creators and those working in the Creator Industry: hiring and finding work! The features continue to ship day after day to improve the ease of matching creators to the appropriate talent. We’ve been able to match and find long term clients through the platform and it’s been super helpful in weeding out opportunities that aren’t right for us. The team continues to respond and quickly ship new products based on feedback.
