My friend has Tile, and he still lost his keys a couple weeks ago. He wouldn't have known he lost them if I hadn't seen them when I went to leave the table 30 minutes after he did. Same friend's wife also managed to leave their diaper bag in a store and they couldn't find it for days afterwards.
