Over the years customer service has been great for us with the 1.0, 2.0 & 3.0 models. All 3 models of oven have been great and have really made our lives easier with cooking meals while we are not home. The slow cooker and sous vide functions really are the best for this product as they work great, they are easy to use & really cook better than the alternatives. The bake, roast & broil features are nice to have but other things like air fryers might to a better job than the Suvie for this.
The ability to refrigerate and cook meals while not home really is the game changer & it works great
The meal service is nice & easy to pause when you don’t need it but great to have a couple in the freezer or fridge for easy dinner nights that still taste good
The short rib meals are really high quality & then the chicken breaded rapid cook meals are more quick and easy stuff.
All in all we have enjoyed our suvies since the kickstarter days of waiting in anticipation and look forward to using our machine for years to come
