First of all, I really want to thank Hager. Honestly, she is such a smart and capable person. She helped me a lot, and on top of that, she kept following up with me to make sure everything was okay. Honestly, the lucky one is the company for having such a talented person who understands her work so well. I had an issue with customer service at Noon, and I contacted Tabby. I was very upset, but honestly, with her polite manner, I forgot that I was upset. She continued following up with me afterward, and it really made me happy. She made me feel like a valued customer. أولا أنا بجد حابه اشكر هاجر بجد بجد والله بنت شاطره وفهمه شغلها ساعدتني كتير بخلاف متابعتها معايا عشان تعرف إذا كل حاجه تمام او لا بصراحه اللي محظوظه ان عندها بنت شاطره اوي كده بتفهم في شغلها حصل معايا مشكله مع خدمه العملاء بتاعه نون ف اتصلت بتابي كنت مضايقه جدا لكن بصراحه ب اسلوبها الراقي والله نسيت اني كنت مضايقه بجد ومتابعتهامعايا بعد كده بجد فرحتني وحسستني اننا كاعميل مهم بجد شكرا تابي ان عندكم ناس بتفهم
