I started using Tacitbase in September 2024 for our startup company. It is a wonderful experience, I am very happy that they took my feedback seriously not once but twice and now after a more than a year of experience with the Tacitbase i would highly recommend Tacitbase for early stage startups if you are looking for a single place for your hiring.
If I want to rate the features
1. Highest vote for AI resume screening feature, that is killer for me.
2. Then the time saving feature is multi-platform job posting in a single click and receiving candidates from all channels to my job post.
3. And then the Slack thing, I mean the integration for reviews and updates.
