Great app for improving work-life-balance, offers everything you need when working at the computer - for instance break reminders, focus mode and an overview of time worked. The clocking-in-and-out-process has helped me a lot to be more mindful about how much I work and how much time I dedicate to valuable breaks in the meantime. Will definitely continue to use! Plus: Elegant, easy-to-use and minimal design. :)

I’ve been using Ladder for a few months now and I love it! In the midst of all the craziness, it can be hard to remember to do things for yourself. This app really holds me accountable and ensures that I’m doing the small things to make my life better, such as stretching, meal planning, drinking water, and meditating. The analytics are great, as I can see which habits are affecting my mood the most. Overall, this is a great app and I’m so excited to have found it.
