The customer service is appalling. It is impossible to get hold of anyone on the Timekit team to get any support or assistance. We are currently working on an entirely new website for our global business and our developers have some API questions that need answering from Timekit and they just do not respond to any email communication and when you complete the required Typeform for logging an issue or getting in touch with them, it goes into a deep dark hole where nobody monitors the responses or gets back to us. We will be moving our business to one of their better competitors hopefully before the year is out. I do not recommend.
