I recently ordered a personalized print with a frame from this company, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The print arrived with defects, and the quality didn’t meet my expectations—it had noticeable errors in key details, like the streets overlaping and lake in the design. While I understand that personalized prints might not be eligible for return, I was surprised to find that the company refused to accept a return of the frame, which isn’t personalized. I contacted customer service, hoping for a solution, but instead received a partial refund for the print only. They would not accept the frame return, even if I would prefer to have a replacement print without defects. Overall, I found the lack of flexibility and understanding in their approach frustrating. For a company offering custom products, I expected more attention to quality and customer satisfaction. I’m disappointed with the way they handled my case and would caution others to consider this if ordering here.
