I’ve had a disappointing experience with this platform. Not only did they renew my annual subscription without any reminder, but when I reached out to dispute the charge on the day of renewal, their customer service was absolutely dreadful.
I understand that the terms and conditions state automatic renewal, but most reputable companies send a reminder beforehand. When I explained that I’m a small business and hadn’t even been using the platform for months, they showed no empathy and outright refused to help. The tone of their responses was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.
A decent company would have listened and offered a refund, especially given that I hadn’t used the service in such a long time. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone who values good customer support and fair practices.
