They are evidently going out of business, I received this two days ago from one of their executive reps,
"Well I was just informed that I lost my job yesterday with Uproad and they decided to shut down the company.
I forwarded your info to the appropriate people to handle this

Great app. It is very convenient to pay for travel on the Autobahns. The truth is, there is still not enough binding to GooglPay. I am sure that this will be fixed)
