They personally said they were working on upgrading the database and then never did. They abandoned the project and kept everyone's lifetime purchases from App Sumo. Bad business selling snake oil.

Its a terrific social media analytics tool already. And going by their roadmap it could be a huge turnaround. And to top it with their phenomenal customer support.
