TBH... coffee. But also, I stay moving throughout the day quite a bit - whether it's getting out of the office for outside meetings, getting a workout in mid-day, etc, I just generally try to stay non-sedentary throughout the day in order to keep myself engaged.

Working out! Absolutely crucial for maintaining my mental health. I think having something outside of work that's totally engrossing and pulls you into the moment while you're doing it in general is the key.

Personally, I've found maintaining a podcast to be a very hefty task in addition to running a startup, but I do think it could be a fantastic tool for building in public. The clips you're able to generate (especially if you take video of your podcasts) could also make for very consistent cross-channel content
