I think is like blockchain in 2017, now THERE IS ai everywhere also where it's not needed. It's like a magic word for make money rain. At the end AI is in continue evolution and the products that now are innovative will become obsolete with the release of a new model. So if you have funds there are no problems otherwise is a killing game.

Me and my co-fonder meet often since we are like 26 and 23 and we live in the same small city so is really easy too meet and talk about all things also about our project. it's also true that we are not a "real startup" but more 2 friends that work at the same project.

I don't think this is an option, if you have money you can hire a team otherwise you go on alone or with 1-2 friends that really believe in your project. But at the end when the first money start to flow you need to hire a team since none know all. There are too much fields to cover, front-end back end, AWS or similars, security, marketing, laws etc...

I think the best platform now is tiktok, is full of people that self promote and you can create your own narration, but you need to expose yourself.
