If have to name just one, it'd be the WHO part of the launch strategy. While what, why, how and all other aspect matter, the who part is what matters the most. Who your product is built for? Who are you launching for? Who is your ideal customer - the target audience? Have your launch focused on your audience - the people who are going to use your product, and you will have a great launch plan.
