Hi Parsa,
As you know, most tech talents are so demanded they don't want to lose time and energy chasing false hopes. My advice would be to be straightforward in what you're offering; transparent pay, clear benefices, and great team spirit. I had an awkward interview 15 years ago when I was freshly starting Communications. FYI, I applied to a big event company in Paris to intern for the summer.

Mostly here, we're a good bunch that'd love to create their own business — if it's not already done — so what's stopping you from doing it?

From experience, the most demanding part was to commit to an idea from the start. You tend to enrich your work, put more features in, or go back into UX design again and again. There's really no limit to what you can improve. But to be efficient and stay within the deadlines and budget you've projected, you must just stop and put your product out there. And start hoping for the best...
