How is group to group chat different from both of the groups being at one place as one big group like any other group chat??

My schedule keeps going on and off. I end up working really late in the night and it almost becomes morning by the time I sleep. Then when I realize my schedule is too off, I start trying to bring it back to normal. This whole process wastes a lot of time and productivity.
So just a few days back I have decided, no matter what I am gonna sleep in time!!

In the early stages, how much time do you devote to growth vs product?
We are just a 2 member team where my cofounder does all the coding and I do the design, product management and testing.
I started an Insta and FB page to start getting some followers and marketing the product but I always find myself struggling to juggle between all of these different types of work items and switching contexts.
Most of the time gets spent on Product itself, and barely...

Are you a user of your own product?
Hello Makers!
Do you think it's easier to build a product when you are a user of that yourself? You can easily understand what other users like you, would want and prioritize according to that.
Or do you get submerged in what all YOU want from the app rather than what most other users want? If yes, how do you overcome that?

I was working as a Business Analyst and then Product Manager for past 4 years. I enjoyed it and fell in love with how tech products are created, the fun of working with a team and then seeing something getting developed and then getting used by users is just thrilling for me.
I left my job last year and started working on my own product. I would in fact say it was the love for new products...

Does launching any type of tech product on PH make sense or only some specific types?

This is a question to makers who have launched on PH. I am new to the platform and still learning about it.
Does launching products which are B2B or help in some way in solving app/website development, management, growth etc. or just work/productivity related only, make sense to be launched here?
It's understandable because the population here is makers and that's what they will...

We are creating Blend - an app to play board games with your friends inside a chat.
Last week, we came up with two new games, updated our catalog with those as upcoming games, started working on our 4th game, will be releasing this week. Also, preparing for launching our app on Product Hunt soon!
