I'm a huge fan of Codenewbie and the Changelog. I was excited to see Adam and Jerod bring Saron on to find out how Codenewbie came to be. The best part was how Saron shared every embarrassing detail from her journey.

I've read this book through at least four times. It's part brain science, a study in psychology and a lesson in empathy. Anyone interested in self improvement or organizational change should definitely read it.

As bootcamps get more and more expensive, it's interesting to see how hiring companies are getting involved. It's clever to package up a companies's typical onboarding for devs from different stacks by having them apply to their own (free) bootcamp. Plus, check out that rad logo!

I was at Startup Weekend Pittsburgh when this was initially pitched and watched Patrick at Alphalab Demo Day. I am so impressed with what Patrick and his team have built over the last 2 years. The passion Patrick has put into the game is obvious with every monster battle. This is a system (iPhone) seller!
