Everything people already said before, and, most importantly: realism. Never, ever get carried away by the $ signs & thoughts of the ‘big time’ (usually quickly).
Too many apps/services shoot themselves in the foot at the word Go! Customer never forgets any greed grab. Product usually never recovers.
Always temper the customer expectations and the company expectations, balance to a fair %

At the moment: Notebook by Zoho. It does so much and allows me to ditch a lot of other apps.
It also has a Free tier that’s quite honestly enough for me currently. Although, once scaled, I’ll do Sub

You’d be better off doing ‘Guided Group Relaxation/Meditation’. I did this some years ago and folks really enjoyed it/found it useful.
From years of experience: the more you give, the more they want. Of course, a lot depends on individual factors, etc.
Ultimately, if you’re the boss you go with what you think. You win by it or.. you don’t.

Yes. I’m working on something analogous to be delivered digitally… hold on, something seems a bit off with this concept!
But, I feel, once the novelty/FOMO has worn off, people will actually ‘look’ for stuff ‘without AI’. Almost: no AI is the new AI. Look at Vinyl as one small and narrowly specific example.
There’s still a vast array of stuff in life & work that is better ‘au natural’....
