Zorba the Greek, by Nikos Kazantakis. To date it's the only book that has made me literally shed a tear. So moving, descriptive, and exploring the human spirit and soul like no other novel I have ever read. (Yes the film is also good, but it simply cannot compare with Kazantakis' words and prose).

To stop procrastinating on large tasks and work on them before the "easy" small tasks.

Just try to get out into nature, even for as little as 30 mins per day, and especially at the weekend, if you can through Sunday without using your phone (leave it at home) it can help.

Varies but usually try to stick to 8 maximum. And if I have to pull an all nighter or longer day for a urgent project I balance it out by blocking out time the next day or day after and work less hours. It's a happy medium which works for me and I do not feel guilty about when I'm taking the downtime either.

Yes, I think a public roadmap is a great way to show your customers and potential customers that you live and breath truth and transparency. It can also bring you closer to people in a community kind of way. I first signed up to help launch a product and try to get visibility, build some awareness and hype for it, but also to get feedback. And while I had limited expectactions of the platform if I'm honest, I often come back to check in on the latest discussions, networking, and learning from other launches and community members.
