I am definitely in camp B, but always wonder if it's the right approach. If I want to see content from someone I don't know then I hit 'follow'. That ways I can see their posts and articles, without having to connect.

Video marketing is definitely here to stay. I think we'll see the trending formats from social media and creator culture influence it more and more. For example, marketing videos mirroring the kind of authentic, short form videos that are so popular on platforms like TikTok.

Display as much relaxed body language as possible. Smile lots and use your hands. It'll make you appear far more confident and comfortable than you feel!

Silence notifications, put my phone in another room, listen to lyric-free music in noise-cancelling headphones (and usually pour a big coffee!) I'm also realistic about how long I can do deep work without getting distracted. If I do, that's fine, I go for a quick wander/ stretch, then get back to it.
