What book has made an impact on you, and why?
For me personally was "The body keeps the score" by Bessel van der Kolk. It showed me that everything we experience in our lives, including traumas and unprocessed emotions, is stored in our bodies.

I make sure I have breaks or even going for a 30min walk in the nature to get new ideas when I get stuck. I also started to change spaces. For example if I need to do something that requires deep work then I am at home, by myself. If I need to do something creative I am in a coffee shop with my earplugs on and a good coffee.

Be constantly in contact with your customers, like user feedback interviews. Love the question, I think engagement is one of the most important KPIs for the results. Depends on what's the goal, but personally if I would need to choose from an influencer with followers and one with good engagement rate, I would choose the last one.
